In January 2000 we started working with Drew Ritter and his
team to create an evening and weekend showing center for our
office. Our original goal in setting up the program was to alleviate
some of the burden from our agents but in reality we received
many other benefits that we hadn't anticipated. Our agents are
ecstatic that they don't have to set up showings and our staff
is happy to have consistent follow-up to their daily efforts.
Agents from other offices know that when they call our showing
line that the showing won't fall through the cracks.
The cost of the Showing Center is very reasonable and is money
well spent. Drew and his team have been a real asset to our
organization and we would recommend their services to anyone.
